At SKIMS MÉXICO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, offering a 30-day window for returns on most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and shapewear with broken seals cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
